Every house design includes sketch plans and a 3D walkthrough video, cost estimates and planning advice according to your budget and ambitions – all at a fraction of the cost of an architect.

Customer Story

The Preedy family wanted to explore how they could make the best use of the living space in their bungalow, including creating a kitchen space where they could still prepare the food being shut off from the rest of the family and guests, as well as replacing their rarely used conservatory with an extension or garden room. They also had ambitions to create extra bedrooms by looking at the potential of a loft conversion.

By purchasing a House Design with an Alternative Design, they were able to see how both sets of ambitions could be explored within their budget, and then prioritise based on the designs.

The family were so inspired by their design that they ordered a further Alternative Design to visualise adding an extra bedroom in the loft conversion!
